The list of documents required when applying for admission
1) identity document, nationality;
2) The standard document of education;
3) SNILS;
4) photo 3 * 4 (2 pcs).;
5) service registration certificate or military ID (for boys);
6) a document confirming the change of name, if name does not match the document on education and identity documents;
7) medical certificate number 086 from the expanded:
– surgeon
– therapist
– Neurologist
– Ophthalmologist
– Otolaryngologist
– Psychiatrist
– psychiatrist
– Complete blood count, urinalysis, ECG, X-ray or FCC graphy lungs in 2 projections.

For persons with disabilities (common list of documents) +
